The idea of an elite Cardiff Travel Company “Personal Class Travel” was first generated in 2017, by Managing Director David James. Whilst working as a Private Hire driver in Cardiff, he became used to visitors asking for recommendations on places to go, and new residents to the city, not knowing what the city truly had to offer, and struggling to find their way round. This inspired David James to provide a service that offered both these things.
As planning, and market research for the prospective business went ahead he also noticed a market for people who were disillusioned with the varying levels of service provided in the industry, and noticed how many people liked having the same driver time after time. Combined with the growing use of ride sharing apps like Uber, and the ease of payment they offer, made David James ask himself, what if people could have a personal Uber driver. The same driver time and time and time again, with ease of payments. No need for cash, and no need to get a card out every time and excellent customer service in truth the ultimate Cardiff Travel Company.
